1. Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Indeed, we make sure that, including design, colors, and details, our product pictures fairly depict the real object. Still, small changes could result from lighting, screen settings, or slight manufacturing variances. Should you have questions, kindly call our support team for more help.
2. Where can I view my sales receipt?
Under Order History on your account dashboard, view and download your sales receipt. Once your order is processed, you will also get an email including a copy of the receipt. Please contact our customer support team should you require more help.
3. How can I return an item?
Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page to start a return and follow the guidelines advised. Make sure the item satisfies criteria for our return policy. Following processing of the return, you will get confirmation together with the refund information. Our support staff is pleased to assist you should you require it.
4. Will you restock items indicated as "Out of Stock"?
Our inventory is routinely updated, and several out-of-stocks items are restocked. Should you be particularly interested in a particular product, we advise periodically reviewing back-off notices on the product page.
